Loraine is a leading authority on yoga for children and teens. Over the past 20 years,she has spent over 10,000 hours teaching 1000’s of children and teens. Her mission is to impact the lives of millions of children worldwide and set the standard for children’s yoga.

She has trained over 1,000 yoga teachers, school teachers and those who work with children throughout the world how to teach yoga in a way that is meaningful, impactful and fun. Loraine is an advocate of the benefits yoga for children & teens. She was featured in the documentary Yoga For Change and ABC television’s ‘Yoga For Kids’ DVD.

The Zenergy Teacher Training Courses were the first courses to allow yoga teachers to be accredited Children’s Yoga Teachers in Australia. The courses are registered with YA, endorsed by IYTA and accredited with Fitness Australia. Loraine was the first ever accredited children’s yoga teacher with Yoga Australia. She has been a featured speaker for Australia's Yoga Therapy Conference and Yoga Australia’s national conference.

For over 20 years, the Zenergy for Schools Program have been taught in Early Childhood, primary, secondary, private, religious, selective and special needs schools throughout Australia. Loraine writes a monthly column for Australian Yoga Journal and is a contributor to Australia Yoga Life Magazine. She serves on the National Committee of the IYTA, the AAYT and the Yoga In Schools Committee for Yoga Australia.
