Kim has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 10yrs. She completed a 3yr teaching apprenticeship with Yoga Synergy. Currently practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga daily with Eileen Hall at Yoga Moves. Kim teaches 15 classes weekly at studios across Sydney. Often found upside down in a handstand, Kim loves inversions almost as much as she loves seated meditation. Kim’s practice is the foundation for her teaching and she has spent a month in India with advanced yogis for the last 10yrs to go deeper into the magic of Yoga.
