Yoga is a practice that brings me so much joy, ease and peace and I feel so honored to share the tools yoga has to offer with others.  I am a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, teaching both Hatha and Vinyasa with a respect for each person’s uniqueness – physically, energetically and mentally.  I am also training to become a yoga therapist through Adore Yoga, with Nikola Ellis and Joan Miller, where I work individually with people to heal any matter of ailments and dis-eases that crop up.

In my teaching, I encourage slow and connected movement with awareness on what’s happening in your mind and body as you practice.   I am passionate about encouraging students to be present and practice in a way that best suits them; ultimately working towards living from the heart.  I enjoy combining breath awareness and mindfulness, as well as pulling from my degree in psychology and passion for yogic philosophy while teaching.
