Jane the stressed out chef discovered yoga 17 years ago, she remembers her first class vividly.
Walking out of the studio she felt different. She felt as if she had grown a few inches taller, but that wasn’t it, she found a connection with her inner self and body – a connection that developed over time giving clarity of mind, energy, confidence and restoring life balance.
Jane has studied with renowned teachers John Ogilvie, Lorraine Rushton and Gopala Yaffa. She graduated as a teacher from Byron Yoga in 2012, and is a registered Children’s Yoga Teacher. She believes in a holistic approach to yoga, and is passionate about empowering children through education. Her classes combine; asana, meditation, philosophy and pranayama. Jane combines her yoga journey, experience as a chef, and her degree in Secondary Education /Food Technology,to nourish the body and mind of her students.
